    Stirling hops

Stirling is an alternative to Suze, known as super Suze. From Saz and a variety of fragrant hops, male code 21361MA1E, female code 21522FEMa1e, developed in 1990.

It has saz, Cathcart, German unknown flower number 34035M and brewing gold. Stirling is considered to be a hop with both Saz and Hood advantages. The aroma is dominated by herbs and spices, with light citrus and fruity notes. Similar in flavor to Czech saz, it has a higher hop oil content and is cheaper to brew.

Stirling brews pilsner and lager very well, as well as ayres in Belgium, and fits almost every other known beer type.
